What are the surveys for?

Dr. Xiong's group at The Pennsylvania State University - University Park conducts research surveys on understanding how Penn State students' vaccination decisions evolve in response to their social context.
The survey asks respondents various questions about Sars-Cov-2/COVID-19 and COVID-19 vaccines, including their personal experience, their perception and knowledge of COVID-19 vaccines, and their intention and decision of COVID-19 vaccination.

The survey should take about 30 minutes to complete. Respondents will be compensated with a $5 Amazon gift card for completing the survey.
The survey protocol has been approved by The Pennsylvania State University Institutional Review Board.

Who is eligible to participate in these surveys?

18 years or older
An active undergraduate student or graduate student enrolled in classes at The Pennsylvania University, University Park campus
Currently residing in the United States

How are the surveys distributed?

To participate, please send an email to cogpc.lab@gmail.com. We will forward you the study link.

Note: Due to the nature of the work, each respondent may only complete the survey once even across multiple postings of the study.
