Speaker: Tianzhen Cheng Localizing jamming attacks in wireless sensor networks Jamming attacks have become a great threat in wireless sensor networks (WSNs). These attacks, also called radio interference attacks, can be easily accomplished by either disobeying the MAC-layer protocols or emitting radio signals into a particular channel. Localizin g jammers in WSNs is an important step to defeat jamming attacks. However, so far little work has been done on jammer location, and to our knowledge no prior work exists on localizing multiple jammers. In this talk, we will present two algorithms: X-Ray,which is based on topology skeleton, and Impact-Partition(IP), which is based on data clustering, for multi-jammer localization.
