Internal Search
The book, Understanding User - Web Interactions Via Web Analytics, provides a short overview of internal site. I kind of screwed up and probably should have conformed to industry standard jargon and called it site search. Regardless, site search is an really interesting and largely unexplored area, for both practitioners and researchers.
