CLASSROOM KILLERS

While guns have been around this country since the first white men set foot here, it hasn't been until recently that they have been used in some of our most precious places: namely, America's schools. Psychologists, police, and government officials offer many reasons why some kids resort to violence in order to get their point across. Whether it be TV violence, bad home environments, or just the fact that these kids are purely evil, one point is clear, teenage gunmen retaliating against authority by killing fellow classmates is the most terrifying subject being taught in school today.

The Trench Coat Mafia

The Killer The Crimes His Fate
The self proclaimed "Trench Coat Mafia" killers, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold shocked the nation in one of the most grisliest shooting sprees in recent history. While first believed to be part of a larger conspiracy, it is now believed to have acted alone in planning and carrying out the deadly Columbine High School shooting Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold shot and killed twelve students and a teacher during their April 20th 1999 suicide attack at Columbine High. Evidence suggests that the attack was planned for almost a year and that every detail was covered down to maps of the school cafeteria, layouts of the area, and class schedules. After launching the deadly melee, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold committed suicide by shooting themselves. During the following investigation, detectives found a massive propane bomb in one of the suspect's homes. This finding, coupled with the discovery of a diary, showed authorities that the two had planned on an apocalyptic ending to their shooting massacre.
