Page 73: (Eq 3.39): change "P(A|B)" to "P(B|A)"
Page 83: (Eq 3.56): change "[ (" to "[ min (". The min operator was missing in the formula. It needs to be inserted after the left bracket "[".

Page 124: (Eq. 5.11): change the entry in the fuzzy relation R on the second row, fourth column from "0.1" to "0.3".
Page 125: (Eq. 5.15): change the entry in the fuzzy relation R on the second row, fourth column from "0.1" to "0.3".
Page 125: (Example 7): change the membership function of Small for x from
"Small = 1/1 + 0.9/2 + 0.6/3 + 0.3/4 + 0.1/5" to
"Small = 1/2 + 0.9/3 + 0.6/4 + 0.3/5 + 0.1/6"
because the universe of x is {2, 3, ..., 9}.
Page 125: (Example 7): change the membership function of inference result for y from
"y = 0.6/2 + 0.6/3 + 0.6/4 + 0.6/5 + 0.3/6 + 0.1/7" to
"y = 0.6/1 + 0.6/2 + 0.6/3 + 0.6/4 + 0.3/5 + 0.1/6"
because the universe of y is {1, 2, ..., 6}.
Page 137: (Exercise 5.3): change "Let X = 6.3/3 + 1/4 + 0.5/6" to
"Let X= 0.3/3 + 1/4 + 0.5/5".
Page 138: (Exercise 5.2, part (c)): The input should be a crisp one, rather than a fuzzy one. Change part (c) to
"(c) Using the SAM model, compute the defuzzified output for input X=4."

Page 155: (Eq 6.14): change "+ (" to ")) + (". Two missing right parantheses need to be inserted before the plus "+" sign.

Page 382: The fifth line from the top: change "stat - of the art" to "state-of-the-art".
Page 393: (Figure 14.5): There should be some data points around the curves for the two models.

Page 359: (Eq 13.7): change the computed denominator value for v1 from "1.0979" to "1.1695".
Subsequently, change the computed prototype v1 from "(6.6273, 9.1484)" to "(6.2194, 8.5853)".
Page 359: (Eq 13.8): change the computed fractions for v2 from "(22.326/2.2928, 19.4629/2.2928)" to "(21.887/2.2928, 19.263/2.2928)".
Subsequently, change the computed prototype v2 from "(9.7374, 8.4887)" to "(9.546, 8.402)".
